Sen. Kiko says Pres. Duterte Must Bare True Health

Senator Kiko Pangilinan made a comment regarding Malacanang's unclear assurances about President Rodrigo Duterte's health. He said that these are not enough.

The Senator said that "Malacanang was bound by the Constitution to fully disclose Duterte's health condition." Duterte has not been seen in public four the last four days. According to sec 12 of the 1987 Constitution,

"In case of serious illness of the President, the public shall be informed of the state of his health. The members of the Cabinet in charge of national security and foreign relations and the Chief of staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, shall not be denied access to the President during such illness. " Pangilinan said that Abella's assurances, and Go's photo's of a working president would not be enough to inform the public.
